[Archived] Stuck 'Submitting Score', chatting, and friend list

Problem Details:
this problem still bugging me since yesterday, it's when i finished a mania map, everything just like 'disconnected' to osu server, except one thing : top 50 global ranking scores.. :I
but i sure it's not disconnected at all since i can post this bug..
i also restart the osu, looks like everything works like a charm, but when i play couple mania maps, it's happening again.. :I

im running on windows 8.1 laptop, and working modem....... -_-

It's probably your anti virus.

nope its not, i have re checked it, still stucked.. and i just only have a 'windows defender', and allowing osu through the firewall tho... ><

The most common reasons I have seen for this issue:

1. Cheats Antivirus/firewall conflicts
2. ISP/ gateway problems.

Your screenshot shows your accuracy counting, so your connection seems to be stable. It's sketchy that your accuracy would update before the score is submitted.

o__o so score submission is ok..
but how bout chat, multiplayer, and friend list..? i cant use them, and i cant even restart osu every 5 minutes?? :(

This keeps happening to me too. After a few minutes of being connected everything just stops, there's no new irc messages, "submitting score" displays all the time (but they still submit fine!), osu is basically disconnected from bancho but doesn't realize it. Windows 8.1

I get disconnected multiple times too, using Windows 8.1 as well.

hooffftt..... i thought i am the only one who got this problem... :"<

i think only windows 8.1 user who get this problem, since windows 8 user doesn't complain yet.... ahuehuehuehue....

This is still happening to me. Very major bug - since over a month ago I can't spectate, be spectated, talk to others or play multiplayer because it drops without telling me after a few minutes and I have to restart osu. Many people have this problem in #help.

aaa... don't archive this thread, i got same issue again! but now in my Windows 7!
