  • Yeah, so I can't play this very well. Spaced streams will be the death of me... ;w;
    I'll try give some suggestions:
  1. 00:45:033 (1) - I think it would be pretty cool to use a lower slider velocity for this slider, since it would match the sound effect (screech or whatever) and the motionless vibe it kind of gives off. I'm a real sucker for this technique, and it will flow nicely into the following slider where the heavy beat resumes. If you do this, I suggest you add a NC on the next slider, as to differentiate between slider speeds.
  2. 01:38:033 (1) - Yes! This is what I'm talking about. So much potential in this song. However, this particular slider would work much better it weren't so vertical, in my opinion. Actually, the shape is kinda weird for this sound in the song. I would imagine it being more curved. So I suggest you rework it a little and also rotate it few degrees anti-clockwise to give it some swing. I would give you some suggestions as to some potential slider shapes, however let's be honest, I'm terrible at it :
  3. 02:32:200 (1) - This is a random place to have a new combo xD Remove it and place the NC on each of the following white ticks in the stream to signify the down beat.

  1. 00:13:200 (5,2) - This could use a nicer blanket. Slider middle point to x:256 y:220, and the end point to x:184 y:148

  3. 01:04:533 (2,4) - Unnecessary overlap imo :P
  4. 03:00:533 (2,1) - Is this even possible with hidden? Probably try to avoid complete overlap by a slider. You can maintain the sane sort of flow you tried to generate by placing 03:01:033 (1) - somewhere here 02:59:867 (4). Use normal spacing for it and blanket.
  5. 03:01:950 - Add a note here to form a triplet instead of having this as a repeat slider. The triplet is quite significant imo and should be mapped.
  6. 03:20:700 - 5% vol

Nice high-end spread :) Well, as you know, if you want to rank this you'll have to cater for the less experienced players by adding an easier diff. Otherwise that's all I've got to say. Good luck! :D

  1. There's a tag conflict with Mira-san's Normal. Make sure to include the tag hatsune miku on Normal or remove it from all difficulties.
  2. You should add Mira-san to the tags as she made a guest difficulty. Some other appropriate tags to add are dnb and drum and bass to allow players to more easily find this map if DnB is something that interests them.
  3. Uncheck Widescreen Support on all difficulties because you don't have a storyboard. You can uncheck Letterbox during breaks as well if you would like.
  4. Try playing around with hitsound volume changes to give more emphasis to dynamical changes in the music. For example, using 70% volume between 02:12:033 and 02:22:533 fits well because of how comparably soft this part plays to the rest of the map.
[Hard]

HP +2. I don't understand why the HP on this diff is lower than Normal. HP6 fits the spread much better.
  1. 00:36:700 (1) - Not sure why i'm hearing a clap on the blue tick at 00:37:117 for this slider, it doesn't really fit with anything. I would remove it. (You'll hear it clearly if you listen on slow playback)
  2. 00:37:033 - Unneeded green line. Make sure to either delete or make use of it.
  3. 01:08:700 (1) - Remove NC, I don't see why this note needs its own combo.
  4. 01:11:700 (1) - Remove NC. This combo feels unnecessarily short.
  5. 01:19:200 - Add a note here and on 01:19:867. It's kind of strange how you leave gaps in your rhythm here and but didn't for 01:09:367 (1,2,3,4,5,6) which is a very similar sounding part.
  6. 01:19:367 (1) - If you follow the previous suggestion, it would be best to remove NC on this note because of how it would fit into the combo.
  7. 01:19:367 (1,1) - I would unstack these notes because of how recently you used a stack for a 1/2 rhythm at 01:18:533 (2,3) it might throw some players off and they may instinctively click too early because they were expecting the stack to be 1/2 even though it's actually 1/1.
  8. 01:48:700 (3) - This needs a NC to indicate the SV has changed to 0.75x.

  5. 01:13:200 (7) - Uh was this a mistake? I'm hearing a clap on this blue tick at 01:13:783 even though it doesn't emphasize anything in the music. I would remove it.
  6. 01:33:700 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - This slider pattern is extremely difficult to read, especially with how you're stacking 1/4 sliders after you spaced them out for 01:28:033 (1,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,1). I would consider it unrankable referring to this as you'll notice that a bunch of slider-heads are completely buried. I highly recommend you rework it to make the pattern easier to understand.
  7. 01:48:700 (5) - NC to indicate the SV has changed to 0.75x
  8. 02:28:033 (1,2,3) - This combo starts on a significant vocal so it feels kind of strange to leave 02:28:533 empty. A rhythm like this would fit the vocals better, try it out:

  1. 00:16:867 (6) - The use of a reverse slider here doesn't fit because there isn't actually a beat in the music where the slider is reversing, so it just feels awkward to play a reverse when there isn't a sound that justifies it. A 1/1 slider would play much better. Another option would be use 2 circles spaced 1/1 apart to accentuate the the skipped beat:
  2. 00:45:367 (2) - NC to indicate the SV has changed back to 1.00x.
  3. 00:42:367 (2) - Give this more spacing from 00:42:033 (1) because of how you use the same spacing for 00:41:867 (3,1) which are closer together on the timeline. Having the same spacing might throw players off.
  4. 00:49:700 (2) - With grid snap off, move the tail anchor of this slider 2 grids to the right for a perfect stack on the head of 00:49:033 (3).
  5. 01:04:033 (1) - A finish on the head to go along with the whistle sounds really good here~
  6. 01:07:867 (5) - This slider is right up against the life bar of the default skin so I would imagine it might be overlapped by some player's custom skins. I would move it down a bit just to be safe.
  7. 01:12:700 (3) - Eh I don't particularly like the use of a reverse slider here because of how it skips over the snare sound (i think that's what it is) on 01:12:783. Perhaps you would prefer using a 1/4 and 1/2 slider to get that emphasis on the snare instead?
  8. 01:13:617 (4) - If you listen in slow playback, this note isn't actually hitting to any sound the BGM. I would recommend deleting it and using a different rhythm here to avoid making it look like this note is just trying to emulate a drum hit. I'm generally not too picky about ending sliders on downbeats but in this case it would feel much nicer to play if you could get some clickable feedback on the strong downbeat because of how powerful the sound is in the music as well as the fact that it just feels strange to have kiai starting at the end of a slider rather than on a circle or the beginning of a slider. Also add a whistle and finish to the circle, sounds soooo good.
  10. 01:17:867 (3,4) - Unstack these to stay consistent with your patterning. Since this is like the only time you decided to have a stack like this in the entire difficulty it feels strange to play because of how it interrupts flow with how fast-moving the kiai plays.
  11. 01:53:867 (1) - The spacing here is a bit decieving because of how there's 1/2 between 01:53:867 (1,2) and 1/4 between 01:54:033 (2,3) and the spacing between all three objects looks close to be the same. I would make more space between 01:53:867 (1,2) to avoid players accidentally reading it as 1/4
  12. 02:20:033 - The SV changes between here and 02:22:041 all appear very unnecessary and unwarranted because there are no pacing changes in the music to justify them. The only SV change in this section of the map that's really justified is 02:22:700 because of how you can notice the tone in the music gets more ominous here. I highly recommended deleting all those green lines to keep the SV at 0.5x for this section, not only because of the reason I just mentioned but also this.
  13. 02:32:117 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - The spacing of this stream looks inconsistent. I can't tell whether or not you were looking to accelerate the stream or use a static distance snap. I would clean up the spacing between the notes in this stream because the spacing appears to change randomly at some parts.
  14. 02:33:367 (3) - NC here because of the kiai start. Also a finish to go along with the whistle sounds amazing.
  15. 02:44:033 (1) - Finish on head as well. (If you used these finish suggestions, it would be a good idea to apply them to Hard and Insane as well)~

    Yeah this difficulty is definitely my favorite of the set, lot's of creative patterns!

  12. 02:20:033 - The SV changes between here and 02:22:041 all appear very unnecessary and unwarranted because there are no pacing changes in the music to justify them. The only SV change in this section of the map that's really justified is 02:22:700 because of how you can notice the tone in the music gets more ominous here. I highly recommended deleting all those green lines to keep the SV at 0.5x for this section, not only because of the reason I just mentioned but also this.
  13. 02:32:117 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - The spacing of this stream looks inconsistent. I can't tell whether or not you were looking to accelerate the stream or use a static distance snap. I would clean up the spacing between the notes in this stream because the spacing appears to change randomly at some parts. yup was accelerating it, tho it really look messy ._. i will change it
  14. 02:33:367 (3) - NC here because of the kiai start. Also a finish to go along with the whistle sounds amazing.

Well, I like this diff, it's well done, but in my opinion it's really really too hard... It's too hard to be the easiest diff of the mapset so you have two options:
1) You can make it easier
2) You can add an Easy diff to the mapset
I suggest picking option 2) because ruining this diff would be a pity in my opinion ;)
