Offset feels very biased. try Offset:6010 in the second red line
Is there a video without chinese subtitles? If so, use it to replace the current one
Use Grid Size 4 (or even disable the grid snapping function) so you'll have an easier time snapping notes

[Hard]
The distance spacing is too small for a Hard. Use Alt+mousewheel to adjust the distance (you are using 0.7x currently, where generic hards tend to have 1.0x or something). Most overlap issues will be completely fixed after the adjustment.

The whole map is just too loud. Reduce the volume by 30% might help

Lack of hitsounds detected...

I see you have abused the use of NC, NC should not be added too frequently, especially when this is a hard diff. Generally, NCs are added between 4 white lines, but it severely depends on how you map

00:00:676 (1,2,3,4) - These 4 sliders are very loud. I might even use soft for those if I were yuo

[Hitsound]
The lack of hitsounds results in the feeling of bland while playing this map.
In most generic maps, patterns on hitsounds can be easily seen. In a 4/4 beats map, there are 4 white lines per section, 1 long and 3 shorts, as in followings:
In modern music, which emphasize the 2nd and 4th beats, claps are added.(i.e. the 2nd and 4th white line) While whistles and finish are used depending on the situation, usually using background music as an indicator
As for your map, you might try >this< clap

Well in overall, the map is pretty decent as of yuor first map. Still a lot to learn. Play other maps and learn from others, it'll help improving your map as well

Yo. Just a little help.

[General]
  1. After offset changes, you forgot to re-snap notes. Timing > resnap all notes. Do it every time you change offset or BPM, so hitobjcts will be snapped right on ticks.
  2. Red lines (timing points) MUST be consistent in ALL diffs. No matter what. Please, make sure that they're consistent! AiBat says so :<
  3. Why _Reia in tags? If he/she didn't make a guest diff or storyboard for you - remove this tag. Just mention her/him in "Creator's Word"
  4. You'll need more diffs. Normal is too hard for the easiest diff :< But we will think about it later, at first you should learn a bit more about mapping. I'll give you some suggestions and useful links.
  5. Hitsounds are too loud. they really hurt ears! I can't even hear music! Please, make sure you'll reduce volume of your hitsounds!
    How?
    Press F6 and go to timing panel!
    Then, click on any of red sections and switch to Audio settings example

  1. Spacing should be consistent. use distanc snap for it. There's a lot of spacing mistakes, for example 00:16:406 (2,1) - 00:17:703 (3,4) - 00:26:622 (1,2,3) - 00:29:865 (1,2). It's hrd to read your patterns, so try to use consistent spacing. It will help us to understand your rhythm!
  2. 00:13:811 (3,1) - Overlaps. The diff itself looks a little bit messy because of low Approach Rate and overlaps. Personally, I think that you should avoid them. Unless you're sure that overlap will look good here.
If you agree with my suggestions about spacing - you'll have to re-arrange your diff. :< Once you're done - poke me again! And we'll see what can i do for you! :)

    我个人觉得第一根红线的BPM不是185,你可以找个专业的测timing的来测下
    现在没设置preview point貌似也是不行的,点击最上面的timing然后选择最后一项来设置

    音效太吵,Normal的音效还敢全100%真佩服楼主耳朵,反正我是受不了
    按照现在的标准,不加音效是不给rank的,你既然文件夹里有normal-hitclap,normal-hitfinish等音效,请务必设置成这样,如图

    加音效可以试试2,4白线clap,某些段落的起始和开头大白线加finish

    在mod之前先说下,这个难度应该主要听着鼓音下note和slider,跟人声的长音作为辅助下节奏。别乱下,别光跟人声,因为节奏很乱也只能稍微说说。

sorry this map needs a lot of work, i can only give you some advices, more than that would be like mapping for you

you must to use a background with one of this dimensions: 800x600 / 1024x768 for 4:3. or 1280x720 / 1366x768 for 16:9
move 1st section to 00:00:659
your video dimensions are higher than the allowed for wide screen (max of 854x480) and the video contains audio track. use this video instead http://puu.sh/3Pulf.avi

map with distance snap on, and i prefer you use only one distance for the whole diff
in general your patterns are too difficult for normal, try to map the white ticks and following the drums, some notes on red ticks sometimes

00:09:901 (1,2,1) - don't let your notes touch like that, thats called overlap, some overlaps affect the readability of the notes, other just don't look good
00:12:172 (2,1) - this notes are too far for their distance on time line, thats called jump. and a jump is not allowed for difficulty for beginners, that may look easy for you to hit, but don't expect newbies will enjoy it
00:12:496 (1,2,3,4) - same as above, keep in mind that just because the notes looks good does not means they will play good, you have to make a balanced mapping for flow shape and difficulty balance
00:37:793 (2,3,4) - more overlaps
00:58:388 (4,5,6,1) - same as above
01:01:955 (5,1,2) - same as above

hard

hard is way better than normal, still can be improved a lot by your own, i'll just mention the high priority issues

00:24:009 (4) - this sounds so bad. and it does not fits anything at all, i suggest you remove the repeat and make slider end at 00:24:334 and add a note at 00:24:496
00:29:199 - even if you are following vocal, don't let gaps in your hard, swift to drums....
00:32:280 (4) - same as 00:24:009 (4) -
00:43:469 (4,5) - this slider curves on short sliders are really ugly, make them softer
01:16:388 (4,5,6) - mapping "traps" on your 1st map is not recommended. keep your slider bodies and repeats always visible


insane

00:05:216 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1) - this does not follows anything in the song, a challenge like that is called "overmapping" overmapping can ruin your map if you dont know how to do it. i suggest you don't overmap at all, and hear the song with headphones
00:06:820- map this part too. break makes no sense
00:15:091 (1) - spinner end on white tick.
00:31:712 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - wrong snapping, looks like this notes was moved to blue ticks. take care

as i said, the map needs a lot of work. you guys should look at other people's maps / play more, to improve your skills
that's what all new mappers do and it will surely make you guys improve, if you guys try hard

Where are the hitsounds?

00:05:848 (1,2,3) - A few things to note. The first being it doesn't fit the beat very well. The gap should be filled and I think starting with a 1/2th stack is unnecessary. I suggest starting a slider here and ending 00:06:334 - . Map the next part as you see fit.
00:07:307 (4,5,1) - Grid snap off and apply 1.00 spacing here.
00:08:604 (1,2,3) - Badly spaced. Apply 1.00 here as well.
00:09:901 (3,4,5) - Crudely placed IMO. You could form a diamond shape out of 1,2,3,4 and have 3 blanket 4 in the pattern. This will give a much nicer pattern. http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/906214 Exit out of the pattern is nicer too http://puu.sh/3SWt2.jpg <Consider using a slider similar to this one. Yours is uneven.
Remember to keep your spacing consistent. If you need to adjust the spacing then make sure to do so. don't just leave the spacing broken.
00:15:091 (3) - Spacing is a bit closer than it should be with the previous object, and because this slider curves upward before curving downward it would look better if the slider were also slightly higher than 00:14:442 (2) - . If you do so make spacing adjustments if necessary.
00:21:739 (5) - Poorly shaped IMO. I know its a copy of 00:20:604 (3) -, but when I played it i didn't notice the symmetry pattern as much, but I noticed the slider end strangely hooking in out of the pattern. Only change if you agree with me though. Only my opinion and my preference for symmetrical slider arcs. From the abstract perspective 00:21:739 (5,1) - might be completely acceptable as a transition. Keep in mind how this pattern transitions if you change it.
00:28:550 (4,1) - Bit far for a Normal and even from a playing perspective it's far for the difficulty settings for the map. In order to comfortably play this pattern, you will need to move the cursor at an unusually high pace for the difficulty settings and slider speed. I highly recommend changing this. There is something else that bothers me. 00:29:847 (1,2,3) - feels weird to play. It confusing to pick up a rhythm after a jump that is partly mapped to beat and vocal. AR is high for a Hard, The pace increase is very high between this and the previous difficulty. The spread should generally be closer than this, but it might be okay due to the high star rating for the Normal. Overall more consistent than Normal. the abstract parts surprisingly worked. I tried so hard to find flaws with some of your more inconsistent patterns. For the most part everything flowed well enough, but there may be several spacing concerns that may show up when people use Hard rock. I didn't feel like nitpicking over every spacing flaw to figure out which ones are problematic. I'll leave this difficulty to people who are more comfortable with AR8 maps to point out additional flaws that I may have missed/skipped over.

00:06:658 (4,5) - Too close.
00:09:091 (9,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - This is not a hard mode transition and is much harder than the rest of the map.
00:14:280 (4,1) - Jump is a bit extreme for a Hard.
00:29:199 (1) - Blanket better with 5.
00:38:847 (6) - Should be on the next red tick. Also consider turning this 00:38:604 (5) - into a slider.
01:10:064 (10,1,2,3,4) - Form is not great here. 10 is fine I guess, but 01:11:199 (4) - is just bad.
01:24:496 (4,5) - Too close.
01:26:442 (1) - Same as in Normal
