Honestly, once most of the denizens from Gen 6 and early Gen 7 move on from OT, the "Meta RP" trend will fade away along with us (unless abraker tries to keep it alive with the newer generations of denizens). It's already clear that OT has started to shift away from "Meta RP" type of threads and posts. Most threads these days are just open ended threads with no real direction to them. It's only a matter of time til there's no denizens left to keep the Meta RP trend alive. Once we're all gone, the meta of OT will be entirely up to whatever the newest denizens want to make it.
Also, just to clarify what I mean when I say Meta RP, I'm mostly talking about stuff like OT Presidents, OT!Court, AHHHHHHH's invasion, etc etc.

From what I can tell the meta rp was already dead before I started posting.
Only rp stuff I saw was that whole vtuber meat thing, the election, and the minecraft server.
Its just now it seems us 7th gen denizens have stopped posting the slightly better than awful threads and its being taken over by lost G&R people. Not that ive really helped at all, I havent really been able to make a single good thread yet tbh. I havent really made very many threads at all honestly.
Either way it seems like we are just waiting for our daily nonsense thread by a new account to shitpost in until abraker locks it.

Seems like the rp stuff will die with me after all. I still believe there would be someone to pass on the torch within the next several years, but they prob won't experience the same OT I shaped.
