- The Ted Tournament has two brackets, The first bracket is from 1k to 10k and the second from 10k to 50k.
- All members must be within the rank range of the bracket they are joining.
- The players must meet their rank requirement until the end of the registration phase
- To join the tournament, have your designated team captain fill out the required information in the registration form linked above.
- Every team must contain a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of 8.
- We are accepting up to 32 teams per bracket.
- The team must meet Team rank requirements once the registration period ends or their registration will be invalidated.
- If a player in your team decides to name-change after signing up to the tournament or mid tournament, notify a host about this change or that player will not be able to partake in the next match.
- All players must be in the Discord server to participate in the tournament and your Discord nickname must match your osu! name
- All players who do not have a team to register can join the discord server and be randomly shuffled into one at the end of the registration phase if we do not have our desired amount of teams.
Tournament Dates
- Registration: February 11th - March 10th
- RO32: March 16th
- RO16: March 23rd
- Quarterfinals + losers 1 and 2: March 30th
- Semifinals + losers 3 and 4: April 6th
- Losers 5 and 6: April 13th
- Finals: April 20th
- The Ted Tournament is an international osu!Standard tournament.
- Official tournament matches will be played in ScoreV2.
- The tournament will utilize double elimination starting from the RO16; meaning there will be a losers bracket after RO32.
- Mappools will be available one week prior to each stage.
- In the event that the number of registered teams exceeds 32, the lowest ranking teams will be removed from the tournament until there are only 32 registered teams remaining.
- Reschedules are only available after the last match of every stage and remain so until up to 12 hours prior to the next match.
- Tournament staff are allowed to participate in the tournament as a player.

Penalization
Penalization will be judged based on a circumstantial basis. All punishments are decided exclusively by the staff team after investigation and verification. The severity of the punishment will depend largely on the circumstances of the situation or severity of rule violation.
- Make sure to be online at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled match on both osu! and Discord. This is to allow an assigned referee to contact you and invite you to a multiplayer room. Ensure that "block messages from non-friends" and "block multiplayer invites from non-friends" are turned off in your settings.
- Warmups will be played only if teams request them. Warmup map length should be no longer than 3:30.
- Each team is allowed to ban one map from the different mod pools at the beginning of the match.
- Players are allowed to use hidden and/or hard rock on tiebreakers.
- When deciding which team will ban first, one person from each team will roll. The team with the highest roll will ban second and pick first while the team with the lowest roll will ban first and pick second.
- Disqualification or penalization may occur when:
- a team shows no intent to participate in a match or is unable to follow the schedule in a timely manner.
- a participant insults or provokes the staff or another participant.
- a participant or team refuses to listen to the referee.
- a participant generally behaves inappropriately; which includes intentionally throwing a match, disrespect towards staff or other participants, and fake disconnects.
- It is up to the referee's discretion on whether or not a map will be replayed if a participant unexpectedly disconnects during the match.
