but when I started to play, it said "There was an error during timing calculation.If you continue to get this error,please update your AUDIO/SOUND CARD drivers.Your score will not be submitted for this play".

I don't know why..My operation sytem is WinXP, and I think my AUDIO CARD driver is newest.
Is ther anything about the timing calculation algorithms? How does it work?

Try updating your drivers anyway, to see if it helps. The timing calculation algorithms keep the music synced and also helps to prevent cheating, which is why your scores will not be submitted if it fails.

Is having the same problem now, after overclocking my computer. Updated all the drivers and it still didn't work.

yeap, just so future users know. if you happen to have overclocked your CPU or pressed overclock/turbo on your laptop or use anything to change processor speed then turn it off and it will fix thi problem.
