Even though my internet is quite stable at 7mbps and my usual dl speed is 900kbps~1mbps, this still happens to me.
I know that Philippines doesn't have the best internet connection out there but this is just brutal.
This hits multiplayer quite hard since instead of playing the map, they'll be waiting for some guy downloading it for twice the length of the song.
