Problem Details: I can not access my account any more. I do not know the exact reason, I can log into my account through the official osu website, but I can not connect to the game

pls help (I've changed my password several times, I'm not writing my wrong username / password)

Make sure you have the correct input language selected for the osu! window and try again.

If you are still having trouble logging in, send an email to accounts@ppy.sh explaining your situation.
