[Archived] How come this person's replay is slow?

Problem Details:
I went to watch this guys reply that had double time, perfect and hidden on OSU mania, however in the replay, it looked so slow compared to what it really is with the mods? Is this a glitch or something with the replay or did I do something wrong?

It might be a problem with your computer or you changed the speed to half-speed without noticing. I had no problem viewing it.

Odd, I've never had this issue before and If you look in the clip I posted, it was not on half speed. My pc specs are 1060 3gb, i5-4590 3.30ghz and 8gb ram, all other replays were fine for me but that one.

The replay's scroll speed is set to whatever the player's scroll speed was when they completed the map.
