i am having the same isue... but i can only download for around 18kbps, having around 50mbps download speed i think thats kinda strange. anyway you said that you had upc as a provider, so do i and i have another provider at my other home and everything works perfect there... so maybe its UPC xD

There's my tracert. Nothing wrong with it, shown my latency's fine, shown my dl speed is capable. I can't play multiplayer right now ;-; which makes me soooo sad, since everybody just leaves me behind.
Not to mention loading images on the forums is also slow, in Whatpulse I get like 30-60 kb/s when just loading images embedded >_>

Yep, seems like something changed, its back to normal for me aswell.
It looks like the routing issues were fixes and everything is smooth again.
How does one fix a router issue?
It fixes itself most of the time. That's just how the internet works.

Maybe that was a small blip, but right now i'm getting good download speeds.

Was this ever really resolved? I've started experiencing this, i've been playing osu for more or less a year and i've never had this before.
There's also some maps that i instantly download and some i download with 35~kb/s
It's kinda frustrating, has anyone found a solution?
