Go to your osu! directory and open the Data folder. For doing that, you have to enable the option for showing hidden folders since Data is a hidden folder.
Then try moving the files of Data/a (avatars) and Data/bt (beatmap thumbnails) out of it, maybe on your desktop (I prefer creating a new folder for each since they could be pretty full). Restart your client and tell me if that worked.

Oh sorry it's worked now
Tried this morning and owrking perfectly, maybe it because osu! detect my connection is slow (even tough is not -_-) so osu! decide to didn't load my avatar and beatmap image to make my gameplay fully experienced without any problem, well done peppy even tough i still want you make osu! to force load avatar and beatmap image (if enable)
Note: need someone move this to solved
