Problem Details:
I really like the new osu background and i want to know where i can get them

osu! version: 20170503.4 (latest)

Are you talking about the one on the osu!lazer client? You can download osu!lazer, but know that it is unstable and still in development. Otherwise, there is no way to change the normal osu! client background unless you are a supporter

They've been added to the Stable build as well, as of today.
