They seem to be just randomly placed according to your own whims without regards to the music. i set slider with fast repeating and stream to prepare for a bit of the ultimate part, i'm sorry you feel that way
The majority of this is just repeated issues as well. It's not a bad first map, but it is still quite a long ways away from ranked. I would use this as practice, map a lot of other maps and get lots of experience from getting mods and modding other maps, and if you still want to go for ranked, you should remap this entire map. thanks for advice, i'll do my best
