The yellow color is so bright. Try making it a little more golden instead of eye-searing yellow. I liked something like http://puu.sh/gp5dR/61e6e7daaf.png I feel like that's a little too dark to match Ichigo's hair. If more mention this then I guess I'll do something, but I'd like to keep it as is for now since I don't think it's that bad.

CTRL + SHIFT + S by at least .9 if not more and re-polish. This is a slow section of the song and it just doesn't need to be this fast-paced. I disagree here somewhat. I consider this section pretty fast paced with the multitude of streams happening here. I think it'd be boring if I nerfed it to your suggested amount.
01:14:803 (2,4) – I'm certainly at fault for being bad, but the stack was really hard to read. Try moving 01:15:146 (4) - +8x, +8y
Same Idea in this section 01:40:175 (2,1) - I'll keep this in mind thanks!
01:24:403 (5,1) – could blanket better fixed.

01:05:203 (5) – move to 257, 183 for better triangle with the end of (1) im not trying to make a triangle
01:10:861 (4,6) – Overlap is not ideal, but I like the flow so I'll overlook it
01:13:603 (4) – I dislike the spacing into and out of this slider. I feel like the combo should be 01:12:575 (1,2) – has medium energy , 01:13:261 (3,4) – takes a slight drop in energy, 01:13:946 (1,2) - rise in energy slightly higher than 01:12:575 (1,2) - . Changed that first slider into a curved one because yeah, it's ugly.

The last spinner actually starts on a note in the music, which is why I went with that rare approach for me and placed a circle with the spinner afterwards on the 1/2. I normally don't do this but whatever in this case.

As for the whole consistency thing. I never intended to map the first and second half of the kiai to be perfect matches of each other. Hence why you can also look at the first and last part of the song 00:20:461 (1) - and 01:48:232 (1) - and see they aren't the same. Sure it'd make it easier to remember, but I prefer the variety in this case. To be honest, I do this waaay too much in my recent maps so this is a bit of fresh air to me in a sense. I really do appreciate the effort you put in though.

Pretty much all of this mod is subjective, so just read and feel for yourself

Easy
In general, all your sliders with 3/2 space between them have iffy polarity that might be hard to get right for the first time. It seems hard to fix, so it's your call if you want to do anything about it. (and you use it a loooot)
E.g. 00:15:405 (1,2) 00:42:403 (1,2) and lots more
00:57:489 (2) - Middle white anchor at (452, 144) and red anchor at (416, 98) for a bit of a better blanket
01:50:975 (1) - Could be made better blanket
02:03:318 (3) - Maybe have this flipped horizontally for better flow

00:08:015 (1,2) - I would recommend splitting this up into a hit circle followed by ether 2 1/2 sliders or a repeating 1/2 slider and a hit circle. I get that you separate sliders based on the words, but in music, I would want to click 00:08:209 because musically, 00:08:015 is the pick up and not the "strong beat".
00:10:144 (3,4) - Consider making this a hit circle and a 1/1 slider
00:12:116 (1,2) - Same thing as above

Maybe OD 8 would be better but in recent times, I suppose 8.5+ is acceptable (I still don't know why)

00:08:403 (3) - make as perfect triangle at 120;157 ?

00:10:724 (5) - It'd be neat effect to have as anti-jump over at 392;204

00:12:504 (3) - could also make as perfect triangle

00:14:824 (5) - and then same anti-jump aesthetic is applicable here. You could continue it all the way to (1) (http://puu.sh/pHrKX/7edd0502da.jpg) in fact and it'd be pretty nice. Only thing is it's a bit heavy on the left side of the editor and the star wouldn't be centered.

00:17:534 (1) - could NC for visual appeal.

00:21:489 (3) - The blanket isn't really evident here with the slider but more importantly the emphasis on the drum beat is missing. I think what'd make for a neat flow effect would be to place (3) down to 256;384 (if there was more room I'd move it more down tbh and a bit closer to the slider). The following (4) would have to be adjusted as well.

00:24:403 (6) - 368;220 I think is better for the um, blanket thing. maybe

00:24:232 (5,6) - ctrl-g these spots also makes better flow imo. If you want, you could adjust 00:24:575 (1,2) - to create the design you intended or keep as is since it still works fine with the ctrl-g on the previous measure.

00:30:061 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Design is a bit questionable. Starting with (1) I wouldve just made the growing triangle repeat 3 times and on the last 9th beat start my NC with the slider.

00:33:318 (4,5,6) - Not perfect triangle :[ Make it a perfect triangle and then you can have a perfect rhombus shape.

00:43:775 (1) - 435;270 for perfect triangle. then 00:44:289 (4) - would be at 201;98 for perfect rhombus. Since it happens incredibly frequent, I won't point them out anymore but I think keeping these shapes even makes for a more structured looking map.

01:14:632 (1,2,3,4) - these should be kick sliders as well. how you have them is splitting the measure in half which doesn't really help how the music is transitioning. the four lonely circles look out of place in the manner in which youve mapped them

01:21:489 (4,6) - a bit tight together, not really blanketing much if that was the intention

01:22:175 (1) - could also be placed at 299;284 for them triangles nawhmsaying. helps the flow a bit too

01:33:146 (1) - Not enough emphasis for this beat

01:40:518 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - this spacing is REALLY REALLY high. The song doesn't make for such a drastic change. this is where most of the SR gets boosted from x-x

01:42:746 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Making a 9 beat slider-to-stream conversion helps make this a perfect circle if thats what you were aiming for.

01:41:889 (1,2,3,4,5) - oh, and here is also incredibly spaced for not much reason. its just too high

01:43:603 (1,2,3) - triangle makes more sense than 3/4 of a square but thats just me

01:47:546 (1,2,3) - 3/4 square would work here. you kind of have it but it's not angled correctly from 1->2 or from 2->3 depending how you want your spacing. but really, the spacing shouldnt be so high x-x. for most of the map it seems like the spacing makes sense but its too sudden how you introduce high spacing parts. for it to make sense more and keep your high spacing it should gradually build. because now post-kiai its like, normal spacing again

01:57:489 (5,1) - the relationship on this overlap is a bit weird.

02:06:403 (2,3) - low spacing here but then HIGH spacing here 02:06:575 (3,4,5,6,7) -

02:07:432 (1,2,3) - I'd appreciate if the spacing was a bit more even on these three cuz (1) is heavier on (2)'s side.

I guess it was your style to ignore the downbeats in the intro but I think thats REALLY weak decision because those downbeats are so much stronger than the synth thing. x-x

but im not good at mapping/modding lower diffs so, um.. at a glance it looks pretty good tho for what youre trying to accomplish. Just wish more of the drums were mapped instead of synth/vocal.
