Right now the star rating is 2.22
and it's the easiest difficulty of the mapset, which is unrankable. You can either map another difficulty or make it easier.
However, if you make some of my changes, as in most of the ones between 01:37:546 - and 01:44:968 -, the star rating goes down to 1.9 - allowing you to rank the mapset without making another difficulty

I'd move a note from 00:12:390 - to 00:12:859 -, as the music is stronger there
00:22:234 (22234|3) - I'm not sure why this is here. There isn't another instrument that plays here
00:24:734 (24734|3) - I'm pretty sure this isn't mapping anything. I'd remove it. Also, I'd turn 00:24:421 (24421|0) - into an LN, to map the synthesizer and to make sure that 00:24:421 - to 00:25:046 - doesn't suddenly become empty. Do the same with 00:29:421 (29421|3,29734|0) -
00:26:296 (26296|2,26452|3) - I'd make this a jack. The pitch is the same, so it makes sense in that way, and you've got jacks of a similar difficulty later on, such as 00:53:015 (53015|3,53171|3) - and 00:54:265 (54265|1,54421|1) -
00:26:765 (26765|1,27077|2) - also make this a jack, as the pitch is the same for both notes
I'd remove a note from 00:27:546 - , as there is no strong sound, and put it at 00:27:859 -, where there is
00:28:796 (28796|1,29109|2) - change this to match 00:23:796 (23796|2,24265|1) -. The reason is because the pattern you mapped at 00:28:796 - dropped the drum layer, even though you were consistently mapping it in that section
00:30:046 - add a note here, as it is relatively strong
00:30:671 - as with above
I'd replace 00:34:109 (34109|0) - with an LN to map the synthesizer. You did something similar with 00:32:546 (32546|1) - so I'd use it again
00:36:609 (36609|3) - as with above
00:39:109 (39109|2) - as with above
I'm not sure why 00:34:734 (34734|3) - is mapped. If it's mapping the drums, I'd prefer if another SN was added to 00:34:109 -, 00:33:484 - and 00:32:859 -. This is because the drum beat is consistent and mapping a single part of a consistent pattern feels weird to me
00:37:234 (37234|0) - as with above
00:39:734 (39734|3) - as with above
00:42:546 - I'd remove a note from here. There isn't a strong sound at this point
00:42:859 - then I'd add a note here, as there is a strong clap
00:52:546 (52546|3,52546|2) - I personally think that {1+2} makes a weird chord. I think {2+3} plays better, especially when the note before, 00:52:234 (52234|0) -, was in the left hand
01:00:046 - I can't see why there are two notes here, as there is no strong sound in the music. If you're mapping the change in chords, I'd use a long note to be much clearer
01:00:671 - as with above
01:01:296 - as with above
01:01:921 - as with above
I'd move a note from 01:05:046 - to 01:05:359 -, as I'm pretty sure the music is stronger there
01:07:859 - add a note here to keep consistent with 01:05:359 - and 00:15:359 -, since they sound the same
Move a note from 01:14:890 - to 01:15:359 -; stronger sound
01:17:702 - add a note here to map the bass. Keeps consistent with 00:15:202 (15202|1) -
01:28:484 - add a second note here. It has the same sound as 01:27:859 - and is in the same section, so they should be mapped in a similar way. You need to make the patterning slightly easier to play, though
01:30:984 - as with above
Make 01:31:296 (91296|1,91452|0) - a jack, as they have the same pitch
01:31:765 (91765|1,92077|1) - as with above
01:33:484 - add a note here, to keep it consistent with the double at 01:32:859 -
01:34:421 (94421|0) - I'd replace this with an LN, to map the synthesizer. Also remove 01:34:734 (94734|3) -, as it isn't mapping anything
I'm not sure what 01:35:984 (95984|1) - is mapping
A triple is not necessary at 01:37:546 -. I'd remove it to a single note
01:37:859 - has a stronger sound than the above, so add another note to it
Make 01:38:640 (98640|1,98718|2,98796|1) - a {1,2,3} pattern, not a {1,2,1} pattern. I think it's a bit difficult, especially when the rest of the bar is dense
Replace 01:39:421 (99421|2,99525|0,99629|3,99734|1) - with a single LN. This pattern is also too difficult and, like above, the bar is dense
Remove a note from 01:40:046 -. The sound is weaker than at 01:40:359 -
Instead of mapping 01:41:140 (101140|0,101218|3,101296|0) -, I'd change it to an LN at 01:41:140 -, that ends at 01:41:296 -, and an SN at 01:41:296 -. Again, this is too difficult given the fact that everything else in this section is difficult
01:41:452 (101452|2,101530|1,101609|2) - as with above
I don't see why 01:42:234 (102234|3) - isn't extended to 01:42:546 -. That's where the sound ends
01:42:546 - like all the other similar points, a triple is not needed here. Change it to a single SN
I'd change the pattern that starts at 01:43:640 - and ends at 01:44:265 -. This is too difficult to write out so I'm just going to show what I did:
My pattern is on the left, your pattern is on the right
Again, the reason why I want this change is because I think it is too difficult. I think that, for the first three notes, {0,1,2} would be easier to play than {0,3,0}. Then the other two patterns allows the player to go "middle finger, index" on their right hand then do the exact same with their left hand - instead of thinking about switching hands with {2,1} then {0,3}
And then 01:44:421 (104421|1,104499|0,104577|1,104655|2,104734|3,104812|2,104890|1,104968|0) - is simply much too difficult. You've put 9 notes into half a bar, when the average notes per half bar, in this difficulty, is about 2.6. I doubt that anyone at this skill level would be able to play that at all, even though you've used a step-wise pattern. I'd delete 01:44:499 (104499|0,104577|1,104655|2,104734|3,104812|2,104890|1,104968|0) - and replace 01:44:421 (104421|2) - with an LN that ends at 01:45:046 -. Much easier to play and still conveys the music
