1. 00:00:739 - BPM: 133.400 (Offset: 739). Your Offset sounds early, this fits better for the intro.
2. 00:14:549 - BPM: 133.400 (Offset: 14,549). This part needed a Timing Point for the drums because they're not synced, this will make it sound ok when adding the circles.
3. 00:14:987 - BPM: 133.400 (Offset: 14,987). Offset change hereeee! The change starts from here. Add the next Timing Point to make the time signature go back to normal.
4. 00:15:136 - BPM: 133.400 (Offset: 15,136).
5. 00:22:276 - BPM: 133.400 (Offset: 22,276). Listen carefully, in this part the Offset gets earlier. It must have been a mistake from the creator because I looked up for another mp3 on the web and all the versions had this issue.
6. 00:29:456 - BPM: 133.400 (Offset: 29,456). Same happens here but the change is smaller.
7. 00:43:804 - BPM: 133.400 (Offset: 43,804). Again here!
8. 00:58:188 - BPM: 130.000 (Offset: 58,188). This part was freaking confusing, bla bla bla, it should be better for it to follow the deep sound around 00:59:418 - onwards to keep a consistent BPM.
9. 01:00:034 - BPM: 130.000 (Offset: 60,034). Just change the Time Signature of this point to 3/4 (waltz)
10. 01:01:418 - BPM: 130.000 (Offset: 61,418). Change it back to 4/4 (common).
    In that part the Time Signature just gets confusing but I think that should fix it.
11. 01:10:156 - BPM: 130.000 (Offset: 70,156). This part is skdlfjslkdfjingly confusing for a consistent BPM, just making it follow the sounds here.
12. 01:10:446 - BPM: 104.400 (Offset: 70,446).
13. 01:10:637 - BPM: 123.830 (Offset: 70,637).
