You should increase the BPM change the BSS and re -place the note .
I also suggest as your first map is make a GD (guest diff) if you 've helped me remember kudosu , it's free . (Click under my profile picture to give kudosu )

Sorry for the late reply! Here is the response from FrenzyLi's osu!mania Instrumental Queue!

  1. It's nice to listen to and play a DJ sharpnel beatmap once in a while.
Since IcyWorld encourages people to mod and rank his stepmania converts (you can locate the thread somewhere in the forums), you can reference this dump file and consider adding a harder diff than "Dead End". If you decide to stay with the current three diffs, that's fine.
Dead End (4K)
Comment: Interesting but very inconsistent diff.
My2cents: Try to fix these consistency issues down here-- jacks, LN stairs, triple LN, snap divisions, vocal hands (triple-notes), precussion jumps and streams.
  1. (IF THIS IS THE HARDEST DIFF) 00:01:568 - Add a note here because you also mapped this: 00:04:421 (4421|2) and other similar notes on the red line.
(^ IF ACCEPTED) Fix all places such as 00:01:854 , 00:02:424 , 00:02:710 , 00:02:995 . Also, reduce notes at 00:03:280 (3280|0,3280|3) to using only one. Or, remove all those.
  2. 00:04:421 (4421|2,4564|2) - Why jack?
  3. 00:08:844 (8844|1,8844|0,8986|0,9129|0,9129|1) - Playable but I suggest moving 00:08:844 (8844|1,9129|1) to column 2.
  4. 00:09:557 (9557|1,9628|2,9700|1) - Questionable snap division, but I don't know how to deal with this.
  5. 00:11:126 (11126|1,11126|3,11269|2,11411|1,11411|3,12267|0,12267|1,12410|2,12410|1,12553|2,12553|3) - Similar sounds, why one use 5 notes without jacks and one use 6 with jacks? Also here 00:13:409 (13409|0,13409|1,13551|2,13551|3,13694|1,13694|0) , 00:20:256 (20256|0,20256|1,20399|0,20399|1,20541|3,20541|0,21397|1,21397|3,21540|0,21540|2,21683|1,21683|3) , 00:23:680 (23680|0,23680|3,23822|3,23822|0,23965|3,23965|0) . really inconsistent.
  6. 00:14:407 (14407|2,14550|2,14692|2,14835|3,14978|3,15120|3) - I kind of know what you're trying to do here but this is not very pretty. 00:14:550 (14550|2,14692|2,14835|1,14978|1) - Mirror this? Ctrl+H
  7. 00:18:544 (18544|3,18544|2,18687|3,18687|2,18829|2,18829|3) - 00:18:829 (18829|3,18829|2) is stronger than the other two jumps.
  8. 00:28:387 (28387|2,28530|2) - You are using jacks to approximate a stream over here and I don't think that's nice.
  9. 00:29:671 (29671|0,29814|0) - Remove the jack.
  10. 00:30:527 (30527|1,30670|1,30812|1,31668|2,31811|2,31954|2) - Hmm... Plays fine but... It's inconsistent with 00:32:809 (32809|1,32809|0,32952|0,32952|1,33095|1,33095|0) and
  11. 00:32:809 (32809|0,32809|1,32952|1,32952|0,33095|0,33095|1) - Missing notes. No reason to leave these out. Sharing same columns with neighboring jumps should be fine. (Click for an example)
  12. 00:39:942 (39942|1,40085|1,40227|1,40798|0,40941|0,41083|0) - Missing note.
    01:01:625 - Missing note.
    01:11:326 - Missing note.
    01:11:896 - Missing note.
etc, double check all these white lines.
  13. 00:46:718 (46718|1,46718|2,46932|1,46932|2) - Make these singles instead of jumps.
    (^IF ACCEPTED) 01:05:049 (65049|3,65049|2) - Same for here.
(^IF ACCEPTED) 04:27:046 - Jump might be ok but why these three 04:26:832 (266832|2,266975|0,267118|3) ?
  14. 00:53:494 (53494|0) - If you keep this why leave notes out at 00:52:638 , 00:52:924 , 00:53:209 etc?
  15. 01:02:909 (62909|1,63052|1) - Not advised.
  16. 01:05:477 (65477|1,65620|1,65762|1,65905|1) - Wow, don't do 4 jacks in a column lmao. I recommend you do a max of 3. If you want a change of style, do 5 instead of 4 but I would recommend against it.
    03:53:808 (233808|1,233951|1,234093|1,234236|1) - Also fix this.
    04:25:762 (265762|2,265905|2,266048|2,266190|2) - Also this.
    04:44:165 (284165|0,284307|0,284450|0,284593|0) - Lmao.
    05:07:417 (307417|1,307560|1,307702|1,307845|1) - Here.
    05:11:411 (311411|2,311554|2,311697|2,311839|2) - Here.
  17. 01:18:886 - Missing note.
  18. 01:21:740 - Vocal here, did you forget a note?
  19. 01:23:594 - Why four notes? Make it a hand (3 notes).
  20. 01:27:588 (87588|1,87731|1,87874|1) - lmao.
  21. 01:31:583 - No reason to use short LN here. Plus, it's wrong snap because here 01:32:439 (92439|3,92474|2,92510|1,92546|0,92581|3,92617|2,92653|1,92688|0) you are using 1/8 snap and they're the same sounds.
(^ IF ACCEPTED) 01:50:984 - - Change LN into notes and snap to 1/8.
    (^ IF ACCEPTED) 02:18:373 - Here.
    (^ IF ACCEPTED) 02:33:851 (153851|3,153922|2,153993|1,154065|0) - Here.
    (^ IF ACCEPTED) 02:56:033 (176033|3,176105|2,176176|1,176247|2,176319|3,176319|0,176390|1,176461|2,176533|1,176604|0,176675|1,176747|2,176818|3) - Wrong snap division.
(^ IF ACCEPTED) 04:38:744 - Here. Remove LN and correct snap.
    (^ IF ACCEPTED) 05:11:697 (311697|2,311697|1,311839|1,311839|0,311839|2) - Here.
  22. 01:39:857 (99857|1,99999|1,100285|1,100427|1) - Ugh.... No comment on this.
  23. 01:59:400 - Inconsistent mapping to vocals. In this section, you sometimes use 3 notes and sometimes two.
02:05:819 (125819|3,125819|1,125819|0,125962|0,125962|2,125962|3,126105|1,126105|3,126105|0,126247|2,126247|0,126247|3,126390|1,126533|2,126533|0,126675|0,126675|2,126818|3,126818|1,126961|2,126961|1,126961|3) - Do you really need 3 notes for the burst of vocals here?
  24. 02:02:538 - Missing notes in this section. These are just several examples:
02:04:964 - Missing note. Don't just put hammer stairs here. double up the percussion like you do to 02:04:678 .
    02:07:959 - Missing note.
    02:14:093 - Missing note.
    02:23:081 - Ugh.
    02:32:210 - Ugh.
  25. 02:33:851 (153851|3,153922|2,153993|1,154065|0) - Why suddenly stairs lmao?
  26. 02:33:851 (153851|3,153922|2,153993|1,154065|0) - Why repeat 3,1,0 every 3 notes?
  27. 02:53:180 - Rearrange to something like this)
  28. 03:16:576 (196576|2,196718|2,197717|1,197859|0) - Inconsistent use of jacks.
    03:19:999 (199999|1,200142|2) - Double check similar places.
  29. 03:25:848 (205848|0,206133|0,206419|2,206419|1,206704|1,206704|2) - Inconsist number of notes.
    03:31:554 (211554|0,211839|3,212125|0) - etc.
  30. 03:31:554 (211554|0,211839|3,212125|0) - Are you really going to ignore the sounds in places such as here?
  31. 03:40:684 (220684|3,220827|2,220969|1,221112|0,221255|1,221397|2,221540|3) - Wrong snap division.
  32. 03:43:965 (223965|1,223965|3,223965|0,224108|3,224108|1,224108|0,224250|3,224250|0,224250|2,224393|3,224393|2,224393|0) - More notes used than necessary.
  33. 03:59:229 - Missing note, refer to 02:14:949 (134949|3,134949|1,134949|0,135092|0,135092|1,135092|2,135235|3,135235|1,135235|2,135377|0,135377|3,135377|2) .
  34. 04:01:226 - Add notes in this section. Refer to 04:33:038 .
    (^ IF ACCEPTED) 04:37:032 - same.
  35. 04:08:644 - Missing notes.
    04:09:785 - etc.
  36. 04:15:349 (255349|3,255349|0,255349|2,255420|1,255491|3,255491|2,255563|1,255634|2,255634|0,255705|3,255777|1,255777|0,255848|2,255919|3,255919|0,255919|1,256062|0,256205|1,256347|2,256347|0,256419|1,256490|3,256490|0,256561|1,256633|2,256633|3,256775|1,256775|0,256847|3,256918|0,256918|2,256989|1,257061|2,257061|3) - Questionable pattern that might not best represent the music and vocals here.
  37. 04:42:168 (282168|2,282168|3,282168|1,282453|0,282738|1,283023|0) - I'm significantly better than the average 4K player in terms of inverse maps but why using triple LN here and have left hand switch between column 0 and 1 where there's no vocal change?
04:46:732 - Same here. You can come up with a proper pattern here.
    05:00:427 - Same here
    05:04:992 - Same here etc
  38. 04:54:008 - Missing notes in this section-- you sure not want to add these?
  39. 04:55:577 (295577|2,295720|2) - Awwwww jacks.
  40. 04:57:859 (297859|3,297859|2,297931|2,297931|3,298002|1,298002|0,298073|0,298073|1) - Alternate between hands for each jump would be much nicer.
  41. 04:59:571 - Missing notes.
  42. 05:11:697 (311697|1,311697|2,311839|2,311839|0,311839|1) - Re-evaluate this pattern here because the hand (triple-note) you have here is weaker than the jump (double-note) but the hand has vocals.
  43. 05:16:333 (316333|3) - Move to 05:16:369 .
Note: Take your time to read the mod and I hope you can improve the consistency of the other two diffs before requesting further mods from other people. I might give a followup depending on how well you fix the other two diffs.

  34. 04:01:226 - Add notes in this section.
Thank you very much :D I have taken on board most of your advice and will keep it in mind for when I am editing the other difficulties.
