Problem Details:
1) Every so often when i alt+tab to a different window and return any song i play just auto restarts and i have to reload all of osu.

2) Whenever a circle is placed in a certain spot on my screen part of it is cut off.

That doesn't sound like a minor issue at all. Check if it happens in beta, though.

Are you sure you're not accidentally hitting the 'quick retry' key when bringing osu! back in focus? As for the "reload all of osu" part, I have no idea what you mean. Care to explain?

This shouldn't be an issue anymore. If it still happens post about it in the cuttingedge thread abraker linked.
