One of my favorite songs and my first map. Suggestions/help very, very welcome.
Changes from 9/20/2014 Changed offset to 1911 from 0 which fixes timing(maybe)
Changes from 9/24/2014 Changed offset to 334 from 1911 and changed bpm from 92 to 188. Remapped Rough and Tough. Average Joe is now WIP.

Alright, so the main problem here is that your settings for the BPM and offset are off. You should use the tap function in osu!'s editor in order to get the BPM and offset for the song by tapping the button to the rhythm with your mouse from the first beat of the song until osu! figures out a BPM, then checking if it goes along to the track. The other thing is distance. As a beginner mapper, you should use the distance snap function in order to have the distance spot on. I'd mention examples but it's really a general problem that affects the whole two beatmaps. Third thing, I think for a song like this where the melody is mostly slow you should make the hit circles and sliders go along to the rhythm of the drums instead of the melody, or make a combination of the two like I did with my map, paying attention to every element in the song to figure out a decent rhythm for the beatmap. Again, sorry if I can't mention examples but it's a general problem, not just a few parts. Sorry if I'm not very helpful, I'm just starting out as a modder.

Thanks. I think I fixed the timing, I'll get on fixing the distance snap for the next update.

Hey doing M4M! <---- Maybe?

[BPM / Offset]

So I went through your timing and it took me about 30 mins to get the right timing and offset. You should still check with someone else just in case. Here are the numbers I came up with.

BPM: 188
Offset: 334

Please note that the offset is not perfect and most likely wrong. Please really check with someone else. This is the only offset I could come up with which would hit your first kiai time perfectly (if not almost). (If anything I bet you there is more than 1 red timing section) The only reason I say this is because your second Kiai time happens after you have finished mapping, but it does not land on a down beat.

[Kiai Time]

I also went and looked for where I think kiai time should start and end as I feel these places need more emphasis. I would removed your current Kiai time because it is out of nowhere and I don't really think the music get more, (for lack of better word) "pumped up"?

Anyways I think your first kiai time should be:

00:57:780 - 01:16:929

Moving on to your actual notes and stuff now

After you've made the offset and bpm change you'll have to also change your notes as well, as the bpm is now twice as much as it was before.

So as of now I will not mod your actual notes / placements/ flow etc... but you may come back and talk to me after you made the necessary changes.

Hope this help!
