You need to set a preview point.
You need to add hitsounds.

[Normal]
Looks pretty good, just a couple of aesthetic issues I found. These aren't major issues, just nazi modding because I can't find much else wrong with it.
00:52:713 (4,5) - This would look much better if you made it a blanket
00:53:643 (6,7) - ^ Overlaps like this are ugly
00:54:806 (9,1) - They're a bit too close here, I'd move them a tiny bit farther apart so the distance is above .8 and blanket 9 around the start of 1
01:03:410 (6,1) - Another overlap, try moving 1 up and to the left a bit
01:10:387 (3,4,1) - Really being picky here, but move 4 down so it lines up with the end of 1 and rotate 3 so that it matches
Consider adding a spinner at the end so it's consistent with the other diffs

Got interrupted, I'll finish up the rest later tonight.

00:09:457 (3) - There's nothing in the music here
00:09:922 (4,5,6) - This feels weird. You switch which parts of the music you're following for each and the sliders are covering distinct beats while the note for 6 would make more sense as a slider.
00:13:178 (3,4) - Nothing in the music here.
00:15:038 (4,5,6,7,8) - These don't follow the music. There's a beat on the blue tick before the stack and no beat where you have 5 currently.
00:17:131 (2,3) - I think a slider would fit the music better here than two circles
00:30:154 (1,2) - Any reason you didn't start the slider earlier? It's weird only matching part of the vocals. Also 2 feels like it should be the end of a slider, not it's own beat.
00:31:550 (4) - This also feels off, similar to 2 above. I'd recommend just remapping this combo section so that it actually matches the music.
01:14:573 (6) - This should probably be longer so it matches the vocals

[Insane]
00:36:666 (6) - This looks a bit off, any reason you didn't start the new combo here?
00:57:131 (4,5) - The music is the same here and at 00:57:596 (6) - but you have a double on the first and a single note on the second.
01:10:038 - You're following the vocals in this section and there's vocals here but no circle

Hey, ~from my NM queue~ :)

I'll do a quick mod on your insane.

The biggest problem imo opinion is your hitsounds, so I will focus on that.
I think that you should use soft hitsounds instead of normal, except on the chorus. The chorus sounds fine with normal hitsounds.
00:00:620 - Lower this section's volume to around 45%
00:13:875 - Add a green section here to use drum hitsounds. Then put notes on the drum beats. So remove this slider: 00:13:643 (1) -
00:13:643 (1) - Soft hitsounds in this section. 60% volume sounds ok
00:19:224 (5,6) - You should maintain the same distance here that you did here: 00:18:992 (3,4,5) -
00:28:759 - Add notes starting here and follow the drum beat, and switch it to drum hitsounds
00:28:061 - This would sound better if you just put a 1/1 slider here instead
00:47:596 - A slider should start on this beat
I think in general, you should try to blanket for of your sliders and circles. If you don't know what that is, just message me in game :)
