Modding Difficulty: Guitar (Hard)
The main things that seemed a little off about this map were setup, spacing and patterns.

Song Setup
1. Circle Size: Change circle size from 5 to 4. I'd recommend this since CS4 is maybe too difficult for a Hard difficulty and not used very often. I'd use it, if at all, on an insane difficulty. CS 5 appears more fun to play as well.
Note: if you find that the map is too easy, you can always make it more difficult by adding larger jumps/few triplets. Experienced players can simply use the HR, so I'd go with CS 4.

2. Approach Rate: Change AR from 5 to either 6 or 7. AR 5 is more of a normal difficulty approach rate, so I'd recommend using AR 6 or 7 instead. Especially if you want to keep the current circle patterns or have more complex patterns like those at 00:01:623 and 01:13:456 for example. These are more difficult to read on low AR, so I'd suggest to increase the AR to make it a bit easier and possibly more fun as you can add a few more patterns.

HP Drain and OD look fine.
Tags: You can leave out the comma after Vocaloid in the tags. The words just need to be seperated by spaces.

Patterns and Spacing

1. Overall, I'd suggest spreading out the patterns a bit more throughout the map, especially from 00:02:123 and 01:10:290. Consider making these a bit simpler or spread out.

2. The sound of the second circle in patterns from 00:32:956 of two circles each sounds a bit off. Maybe you could use three circles to follow the sound of the guitar in the background instead of two.

3. I'd consider to make some different patters at 00:48:956, maybe circular or other shapes to make it more interesting instead of moving up and down the entire screen.

Use of Objects

1. I'm not too sure about the spacing and use of the sliders from 00:24:956 to 00:32:206. Even though you're following the guitar, they play a bit weird. Consider replacing them with single circles or a short breaktime or a mix of the two.
Let the map play in auto a few times and listen to whether the hitsounds match up, because they appear to be off in a few places.

That's all the comments from me. Good Luck with your Map! ^^

Just some comments on this difficulty

00:08:206 (5) - starts at 00:08:290 instead and add a note at 00:08:123
00:10:123 (4) - the music starts at 00:10:290 only and end the slider at 00:11:290
00:12:540 (2) - it should be at 00:12:623
00:13:873 (4) - it should be at 00:13:956
00:15:206 (6) - it should be at 00:15:290
00:16:540 (8) - it should be at 00:16:623
00:17:873 (2) - it should be at 00:17:956
00:19:206 (4) - it should be at 00:19:290
00:20:540 (6) - it should be at 00:20:623
00:26:956 (2,3,4) - start at 00:27:123 end this pattern at 00:27:290
00:29:956 (5) - it should be at 00:29:873

listen closely to the song and try not to have the objects placed on the incorrect timings, try not to make the rhythm start-stop if possible

Thanks for the help everyone. Changes have been made, and I appreciate all the help with the timing.

But this seems like a good time to add my change log, so here it is:

Update/Edit:
-Vocal fully mapped
-Guitar mapped up to 50%
-Epic Rin mapped up to 10%
-Guitar looks more appealing
-Fixed timing errors in all three difficulties
-Changes from neonat and snowball112 have been applied (if you gave me suggestions on the game, I did apply them also)
-Set audio lead-in to 1500 ms

Next Upload:
-Epic Rin mapped up to preview point
-Guitar mapped up to 75%
-Better time the notes

Down the road (after I fully map a difficulty):
-Make spinners see-through
-Edit the beat sounds (i.e. loudness, sliders)
-Test play in multi to get more suggestions on how to improve it
