00:19:652 (1) - Straighten out the slider. Even if done on purpose, it's a bit ugly due to the slight tilt of the slider.
00:41:252 (1) - Hitsound should be on the repeat, not the end.
01:37:652 (2,3) - I would not stack 3 on where 2 is, because a new player will expect it to be somewhere else, not where the slider was. Move 3 somewhere else that isn't on the slider.
02:10:052 (1,2,3) - Make sure the spacing between the triangle formation is exactly the same between 1-2 and 2-3, so it is perfectly spaced and looks beautiful.

General - You should not have to use 1/8 beat snap on a Normal diff. 1/4 at the most.
General - Audio Preview conflict with hard
General - This map is FILLLLLED with Distance Snap errors. Use AIMod (Ctrl+Shift+A) and knock out every single one of the errors, even if done on purpose. Just like an easy diff, a normal diff should always follow DS.
00:20:852 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - I wouldn't use long streamish combos of circles like these because a new normal player will not know when to stop and may jump the gun on some of the circles. Try and see if you can replace some of the circles with sliders.

General - Put a break in! A normal player may not be able to play through over 2 minutes of a map without a break. Try putting a break at the same time Easy put a break for the same duration to keep it consistent.

General - I can't really mod this map. It's not following DS at all. I get it, it's a hard map, but hard maps should follow DS too, with some exceptions. Your spacing is very inconsistent, resulting in a very unorganized map that isn't clean. There are a LOT of DS errors. Only a couple should be allowed, and that should be because they are exceptions for a good reason (ex. a challenge jump). Fix the spacing on Hard in general. It barely follows 2.0x DS at any time whatsoever.
