You are making too many diffs... Normally we have Easy Normal Hard and maybe Insane for a 140 bpm song. Don't need more. But anyway I'll go through them all for you. Since you did an M4M :3
Timing seems to be a bit off. But I suck at timing so maybe you need to ask others for help.

Don't abuse difficulty setting to achieve a harder diff.And this is full of overmap. I won't mod this diff. You need to remap this.But,
00:38:479 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19) - This is fine,since there're actually 1/4 sound here. See? That's what i mean not to overmap.
Not a bad one for beginners. But please learn from my mod. Remember, do everything for a reason. If there's nothing in the music supporting you to place a pattern/note. Then you're probably doing this wrong.
