General
You should try adding a combo color 4 and then they would fit parts like 00:23:500 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - and 01:21:100 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - better (in Insane)

Insane
00:01:100 (4) - may add NC here as the former 3 notes are actually just a preface
00:02:100 (6) - better add whistle?
00:05:300 (3) - the same and so on
00:06:900 (4) - a clap is really needed
00:06:900 (4) - maybe equal distance between 3 and 5
00:09:100 (7,1) - I don't think it's a good gap stack, I can read it properly though, not like kamisamaaa above `~w~` but still, as the vocal is smoothly going on, it's not enough intuitive to force players to suddenly stop here as I suppose. your rhythm for the former similar phrases are better than this
00:13:100 (2) - you may try to split this up into two circles cause I think the beat at 00:13:300 - is also strong enough to require for a hit from players, it's not really the same as 00:12:300 (6) -
00:13:900 - useless green line here
00:14:500 (3,6) - these two stacks are good arranged, they fir the percussion and fit the long vocal/ending vocal
00:18:700 (4) - for this one, I would suggest that you CTRL+G, to my understanding, you were trying to perform a zigzag flow with 00:18:100 (1,2,3,4) - ? and you think after jumping to the right from 2 to 3, a jump to the left is preferred, but I think when you actually play this part, players tend to go upleft instead of going to the right cause they have to catch 00:19:100 (5) - using the sliders' leniency, so I think the flow of 00:18:500 (3,4,5) - would be a bit awkward, not better then an oval flow, with 00:18:700 (4) - CTRL+Ged. and then you also need to CTRL+G 00:19:500 (6) - . Anyway, only a subjective opinion
00:19:500 (6) - clap at end is preferred, the same as 00:06:900 (4) - . I think rhythm like 00:06:700 (3,4,5) - are something like don da da! omg

00:30:700 - why is there no more whistles in kiai at points like this? and 00:31:500 - and so on, I think they should be treated the same. You need many more whistles for the following part of your map
00:31:300 (5,6,7) - not sure if this is a really nice flow, I suggest that you change something else as it's not so smooth and it gives a same feeling with hitting 00:32:300 (1,2,3) - and the latter is better arranged as I suppose. May try to replace 7 with a circle and stack tripple at the latter sliders' head like below ↓ It really fits the music itself
00:36:300 (1,2,3,4) - it's a bit sad that you didn't show the difference clearly between different vocal phrases. It would be really better if you try a rhythm lke the below ↓ although you need to consider other arrangement, it's worth it
00:38:300 (6) - also you colud replace this with a circle and add tripple on 00:38:700 (1) - 's head to make the rhythm more precise and avoid too many coherent sliders
00:44:900 (3) - this is not a good stack imo, may try to add some other notes and make them smooth
00:47:500 (1,2,1,2) - may try to exchange their order like below ↓
01:02:900 (3) - may CTRL+G or try something like below ↓, considering that it's before a spinner

At first, CS4 is preferred. the map itself is already easy enough to be a Hard, and with CS3, I'm afraid that the diff gap between Hard to Insane might be big
00:35:100 (5,6) - I think they should be further away from each other, they're really like a 1/2 jump being arranged like this, may try the below ↓
00:41:500 (4,5) - well., they are again quite close =.=

00:54:900 (3) - missed a clap at end?

Well, after listening this song I can't stand it, but I promised a mod so I'm going to give some quick suggestions on Insane difficulty, if that's fine :3

General thoughts
  1. Inconsistency in Kiai Times:
  2. I think people will search TV size ending songs with the word ''ed'' more so consider adding it to the tags also.

Insane
  1. First of all, I don't get these jumps. The song doesn't sound jumpy to me at all so is there a reason you decided to put jumps?
  2. Second, if you're going to use such harsh jumps then please consider using Ar9, I think Ar8 just kills it but that's up to you.
  3. Raise the OD by one tick to make a better difficulty spread.
  4. 00:01:100 (1,2) - Blanket is quite off, slider's end should be few grids higher to make a better blanket
  5. 00:19:900 (10,11) - Very unfitting, I can't hear anything that would lead up to this rhythm here, try this? It sounds a lot better already to me
  6. 00:20:300 (1,2) - Blanket again
  7. 00:31:900 (7) - Kinda uncomfortable movement here, I would recommend CTRL + G to make it feel more natrual I guess
