I think this is ready for Pending. There's a noticeable lack of whistles/finishes/claps on the lower two difficulties, though. I think the slow sections work fine. The only specific I have is 00:20:37 (1) - This might be confusing, but it's a pretty hard difficulty anyway, so I think it's fine.
