There was a rule that I proposed some months ago to the taiko ranking criteria about not using the drum sampleset in taiko because its completely silent
However, with the latest stable release, this has been fixed. Now there is a unique default drum sampleset so this rule is no longer needed.
The drum sampleset must not be used unless default hit sound samples are replaced by custom samples. The sampleset's default hit sounds do not produce feedback in gameplay.
