Working on a new skin.
It's inspired by TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)

Well, if you posted this even though it's WIP, I hope that means you're fishing for comments. Here's an honest one.

This is not a skin that will ever come out well if you rely only on premade fonts. That goes for any skin, but this one even moreso than others. I think a good TMNT skin is doable, but it's gonna take a lot of skill to pull it off. That you're asking for help with an SS image suggests to me that you have a lot of learning to do.

Should you continue, consider using pictures instead of text where possible (hitbursts, for example). The TMNT fonts are meant for logos and don't work well in other contexts. Maybe finding some scans of the comic books would prove useful for image-finding, too. I'm sure there are some good source pictures to be found if you look hard enough.

you can make like this but i'll tell you, that depends on how you want to pull it / what might be the outcome of the skin...
you can rely on the premade fonts but be cautious of the outcome because that might lead to a shower of criticism on your thread... :)

as for my own, try to make a "bamboo stick" cursor
and change the score numbers to any color (except for black) / add a white outline because they can't be visible during gameplay...
