As long as you don't repost it publically, you can use any skin elements in any combination that you want. If you want to make it publically available, it's better to ask the authors first.

Youtube videos = using it by yourself. So yes, you can use it.
All you shouldn't do, is taking someone's skin/parts of skin and tells everyone that you did it.
