I tried opening your beatmap's osz manually and noticed that the .osu file has a typo as seen here: https://hyperion.s-ul.eu/OvlSCvOc
where the artist name starts with a "?" instead of a "t" shown on the website and song folder. I changed this and the song imported properly, so could you give that a try and see if it resolves the issue?
