I got 10,890 as the offset for the starting section.

00:24:49 (5) - I'd move this away from the previous slider's end personally.
01:46:16 (3) - Questionable.
02:01:49 (1) - Move the start of the spinner back for one 1/4 tick.

Your beats are awful early. Try an offset of 10,880. (+47 ms)
Other than that, I saw nothing wrong. Except for Normal being quite a challenge on the first try.
