I didn't look at your maps but if you think you're not improving, you should get more detailed feedback from other mappers/modders. Try asking people, preferably modders with some experience, for an in-depth mod, rather than just a quick advice like "map more" since that isn't really helpful. Another option would be to apply as a mentee in the mentorship program. If you're lucky, an experienced mapper will pick you and teach you some mapping concepts and how to get better. I think the current cycle has already started though, so you probably need to wait a while until the next one begins.

Actually, you may only have to wait a few weeks, since nowadays we've got two additional picking phases per cycle. You'll only have a few mentors to choose from, though.

pishifat's mapping series is a start, if you havent watched it. https://osu.ppy.sh/users/3178418 this guy has a decent youtube series about mapping.

i havent ever participated in the mentor program to actually know, but judging from the names of the mentors i think it would be one of the fastest ways to get better.

one mod a day keeps the bad mapping habits away. getting good at mapping is about learning what makes something good and practicing the execution.

try modding other peoples maps that you like. it helps you rationalize why one thing fits better than some other thing because you have to argue for it. if your suggestions are declined with just "no", it means people dont think think from your perspective - what you thought is important is actually not important at all to the mapper. if your suggestion gets accepted, seems like you got the right idea already. in best case scenario the mapper responds with an arguement on why he declined or changed something in a certain way.

look at maps that you think are good, go into the editor and try to understand what they did just to aquire the techincal knowledge. doesnt matter if you understand why they did it, you learn the whys/why nots when you start using it yourself and ask for feedback.

i sometimes look up winning entries of mapping contest and also the evalutations from the juges of those entries.

I find that the easiest way to get better at mapping is to analyze maps. If you analyze maps, such as finding common patterns in maps, then you can use them to make your map better, like how streams generally flow nicely, or even the general difficulty settings (CS, AR, OD, & HP) for different difficulties, such as how Insane maps usually have CS 3.8-4.2, and have 8-9.3 AR.

The way I got decent at mapping was watching pishifat's videos, as mentioned by phaZ, and trying to make better maps according to those videos. It really does help when you're a beginner or intermediate mapper.

You can also make maps expecting they'll go into graveyard, while still trying your best to make it like a rankable map. Don't copy + paste though, that will probably not get you any ranked maps and it's bad manners.

A great way to get better at mapping is to take inspiration from multiple maps and mix it with your own style, but this usually takes work, as you have to almost memorize the patterns of the maps you're taking inspiration from.

Creativity is a big factor in being able to make better maps. If you're not on the more creative side, you should train yourself to be more creative, using puzzles, drawing complex things, it doesn't really matter as long as it's a higher creativity level than most of everything.
