I can't watch One Piece without rolling all over the floor.

I don't know if this counts, but the Abridged Hellsing also had me over the floor, so much so I rolled into my bed and bruised just above a rib.

If you remove all the drama Angel Beats was really funny.
As for the pure breed of comedy... Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou on so many levels.
