Wanted to propose some changes regarding this rule
Do not qualify beatmapsets whose song already has a Qualified beatmapset, unless no game modes of both sets overlap—this includes remixed versions. For example an osu!taiko and osu! beatmapset of the same song can exist in the Qualified section, whilst an osu!taiko and osu!/osu!taiko hybrid set cannot. This ensures variety among Ranked beatmaps within their respective game modes.
First of all this part: this includes remixed versions
The reasoning for this rule overall was to avoid content bloat and promote variety, especially during the start of a new anime season (shoutout to anime wars). However i always found the inclusion of remixes kinda weird since those often switch genres of the original song and offer a completely different feel to the original. Since they don't really reflect the original intention of the ruling given that they offer a variety from the original songs, i think we could let remixes be qualified at the same time as the original songs.
____
Which brings me to my second point, clarifying the remixed versions part. Here's a quick rewrite that should be much more clear than simply having remixes, which lead to ppl often asking if full vers are included.
