Hello, so I recently borrowed a Wacom tablet from a friend of mine who didn't use it. I used it for some drawing and mainly Osu. The problem is that in the place where my work area is, the surface is a bit more shiny than the rest. I will soon give it back to him and I wonder if there's any way to make this less visible or fix it. Do you have any advice? Thanks!

Thats totally normal, if he complains about that, he shouldn't have borrowed it to you. I dont think there is a way to make it less visible. You can buy him tablet cover tho.
