You had submitted no new scores for the last 3 months.
After some period of submitting no new scores you'll be marked as inactive for the sake of ranking.
Your rank and pp will be back after today as you submitted several scores but it doesn't happen instantly.

I think you need to get atleast 1pp and your rank and pp should be back instantly, atleast it worked that way for me every time i had a break.
