Add ability to generate custom beatmap pack and download it (via torrent).
Currently if someone tries to download all ranked beatmap packs, several maps still will be missing.
Also this thing should have ability to exclude certain difficulties, video, etc.

I wonder if those missing maps were due to maps being DMCA'd before the respective packs were made
