You can do with volume whatever you want.
5% volume for minimum
0% is unrankable
0% is unrankable

Don't abuse it though. The point of a spinner is that its' usually a buildup to something. Using it to wind down can be good too, but please don't silence spinners just to pad out a section that could've been mapped.
