Osu glitch or something?

everytime I start up OSU! i get this thing where my in game cursor and my mouse cursor if i alt tab show at the exact same time and the other one away from my osu cursor a bit and it ruins the game for me. does it happen to anyone else?

I select different beatmaps and alt+tab multiple times to get rid of it.
