[Archived] 'Always use skin cursor' uses osu!default cursor

Problem Details:

'Always use skin cursor' uses osu!default cursor instead of the user's selected skin.
Happens in maps where it has a custom cursor skin, such as osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/17624#osu/65312 Yellow - Hatsune Miku

Hm that is a bug. Is an issue on all beatmap specific skins or just one map?

It happens on other maps too, such as this map: https://osu.ppy.sh/b/1173074 Marshmello - Alone
Also happens on other skins, such as 'Aesthetic 1.3.1'

Normal must be "Always use skin cursor" with map skin show on your skin cursor (not default or map skin cursor). Is a weird bug

I will check later on my osu
