I think there should be something related to User development In-Game (Multiplayer) such an scoring system.. Not to farm points, be noteworthy to care about it and to be as simple as possible.

I get annoyed when people just leave game in course (specially when he/she is the only one I'm playing with) , but obviously this cannot be restricted, but if some user is consecutively leaving games ( i.e. rage-quit , missing a note, not interested at all ) should have some kind of penalization, to tag who's worth to play with or who isn't. Best would be to reward players that doesnt do Anything of the above. Then relate it to the frecuency of Multiplayer-plays and multiplayer usage.

Also link this somehow when Host kick users from a room, I think that punish someone for this is unreasonable because sometimes you just want to start to play as soon as possible, and sometimes someone in the room goes AFK, or unreasonable download time for songs. So in this case it might be easier to grant some privileges to someone that don't kick users from rooms. This is because I hate when single users keep kicking everyone from their room (you can lock rooms with a password instead), by the way I don't have any objection against Country/Language exclusive rooms.

In short:

Scoring system to recognize people that is fair-playing and worth playing with.
;)

Maybe this useless for some people, and not worth implementing something like this but anyways I'd like to know that does players think about it.

Sorry for the poor english :?

i just don't see a point in any reputation system. if <user> keeps kicking someone for no reason, don't join that person's game. if <uesr> rage quits mid game, don't play with them. i just don't see a reason for this sorry >_<

Well, since it doesn't affect your gameplay, and because osu! isn't eSports, i don't see any reason to punish people from leaving the current song.

Maybe if you leave mid-game it doesnt allow u to join or create any multiplayer room of X minutes and doubles each time you do so until you play at least one full map? I think some other games do that.

That is too harmful maybe, I'd consider this anyway but as deadbeat and K a l l e said this game isn't that serious to implement something like this.. (Of what I undesrtood)

It's unnecesary to remind who left the game, there is still the need knowing who I wouldn't like to play with before joining their room

No, it doesnt affect my gameplay, but its dissapointing and I think this would make the mutiplaying nicer for everyone, anyway something like this is optional.. You can ignore all of this is you simply want to play with someone. No punishment suggested.

Well indeed osu isn't that serious but why wouldn't it turn to? I have a notiong that many osu players are FPS players also.. and this should be common.. wouldn't it?

Maybe its unnecesary at this point but I'm hopping osu grown enough to consider having this when playing multiplayer.

Even if osu! would become more competitive/serious, wouldn't quitting mean surrendering? How is that a bad thing from competitor's perspective?

I couldn't know :?

It should just show all multiplayer battles won lost and quit. Why would you record people when they kick someone else and is this even possible? i kick people too often because they just join and have no rank (means never even played the game). or sometimes they join and afk
