Problem details: I just wanted to ask if I can run osu! on my old laptop

Specs:
Toshiba Satellite C655D
AMD C-50 Dual core 1.0ghz 4gb ram
AMD Radeon 6250 graphics
Windows 10 Home

osu! version: Stable 20190828.2 (latest)

Anything below a toaster can run osu!

What i'm saying is, your specs are able to run osu!

Osu isnt intensive so most potatos can run it, however the best way to find out is trying

Pretty much the only realistic "hard" limit hardware-wise is that your GPU needs to support OpenGL 2.0+, which the 6250 seems to do.

But just because the game can run at all doesn't necessarily mean it will run well.

Thanks for the answers guys, I tried it and it works well around 120-200 fps

though when I try playing a beatmap with a bg video it starts to drop frames (100-50)

Yes since video playback takes extra system resources, best to have it turned off.
Also I don't really see why you made this guessing game thread when you tried it yourself at the end anyway >_>
