The way in which one qualifies yourself (i.e. to say that one is good or bad) depends on oneself, I can perfectly say that I am good, but within the range in which I am (i.e. speaking my current rank), the same can be said by each user, the mere fact of saying that one is good or bad, is something very broad.
Now is also a subject of dedication, how much have you dedicated?, in my case, I have been playing for about 2 years and now I'm just in this Rank that I have now, considering that I do not dedicate much.
