Hello, its my first time trying to do a "userful" thing in osu-forum, any error please tell me, i'd like to improve and help.
i dont find another way in linux to use hitsound copier, so im making a new one
im using Linux Mint Cinnamon 19.2 Tina
grumd Hitsound copier in Linux
since grumd its the only who dont need Java (to make most simple way) ill use grumd isntead the others. if you know a way to use the others, tell here.
To be honest, grumd copier its not the best but its really userful, the main issue of it is when you make various custom HS and try to copy to another diff, also he dont copy sliderwhistle and sliderslide.
First, im consider you already have instaled:
-hitsound copier from grumd
- Wine stable (development and stagg maybe works too)
- osu download from https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/794952
probally any method works in case you already have it installed from another sources.~
How to use grumd hs copier in linux
1 - download grumd hs copier
2 - copy the .exe hscopier to the osu beatmap you want
3 - then, open the map files via osu editor (File>Open Song Folder)
4 - if you use wine, it will open like windows xp inferface, then open the hitsound copier that you copied in song folder (in step 2) from that.
5 - Next do the usual thing to copy your hitsounds xD
Its like a trick to use and not a proper method, but i find it really easy and userful for those who dont have experience with Linux and only "copy commands" to do their things.
