Lots of this is overmapped. I don't know exactly what to think cause this is named as a light insane so I expected something like Hard+ but this is more like insane+.
00:10:613 (8,1,2,3,4) - Kind of overmapped, feels awkward. Actually, lots of these kind of parts are overmapped in the intro.
01:04:970 (5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - Too many circles/too fast
I'd go over it again and check for overmapping. If you are confident it's okay, double check with a more experienced person than myself. Like a MAT/BAT or something.
Also HP drain rate is pretty high. I'd make it 6.

And just to note, I could pass it with 92% acc, and the map is readable, it just felt very awkward.

Why can't you follow these sort of ideas everywhere instead of things like 02:25:541 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7)? /*I want to keep the guitar solo mapped based on it, I really really doesn't want to change this part, this was my motivation to map this (it'll be a bit remapped anyways).

I don't know, I think mapping strictly to the drums was a bad idea here because you have lots of fast notes, and then a break, and then lots of singles, and then another break. This song is fast and flowing, I just think it was miss mapped here. I think if you tried again you could make about 600x better than it is. If you're going to map to the drums, which can be awesome, you should go back and re think the rhythms so that they're fun and readable. Sliders can help with this.
I think you can see why Star Stream was hesitant to mod this map.
