Taiko-to-Mania Skin

So, i have seen a few things about these mania skins now, and also heard some poeple were banned after posting it on YT for example. And now i dont know if it is considerd ''cheating'' or ''exploiting'' because i dont thing it makes the gameplay THAT MUCH easier.

Well i dont know too much about it so i just wanna know if it can be a reason to get banned or if i would be fine useing it.

Peppy said it's a bannable offense, so don't do it.

I don't think peppy said it's a bannable offense, that was only directed at abusing a storyboard bug that was used along with the skin that gave people an unfair advantage by essentially making HDHR MUCH easier to read.
While it's frowned upon to use a taikomania skin by most taiko players, it's not bannable.

SB bannable and it is right, because is a exploiting.
Changing SB in a ranked map should make the map unranked, purely theoretically.
Taikomania is SKIN elements, it not bannable, in fact, it is difficult to get an advantage on this skin and it is the same taiko, only vertically.
