[Archived] Starting up Osu causes my monitor to turn off

When i turn on my computer or when its on for a couple minutes to few hours and I load up OSU!, My monitor continues to turn off. It's causing me to have to restart my PC every time i want to play OSU!. Which ends up becoming a very annoying problem. If anyone has some suggestions, or questions. it would help a lot.

Are you just getting a black screen or is your monitor actually fully turning off?

If your monitor is actually fully turning off, you should check to make sure all of your cables are connected properly and are not loose. And perhaps try a different power cord if you have one.

what monitor do you have?

also try
1. re-plugging the cables
2. check for viruses with malwarebytes
3. repair osu!
