General Rules

1. To sign-up, both players must reside in a South American country. This is proven by the flag in your profile. Alternatively, if you're a resident of such a country but your profile does not reflect that, DM @LeoFLT#0772 on Discord to prove it.
2. Registrations with racist/offensive/controversial or otherwise disrespectful team names will not be accepted.
3. Staff members, apart from Streamers and Commentators, will not be allowed to play in the tournament under any circumstances.
4. You may only sign-up with exactly 2 players.
5. Both players must join and stay in the Tournament's Discord Server for the duration of their stay in the tournament for their sign-up to be valid.
6. You may only be a part of a single team at a time. To make changes to your team, ping LeoFLT#0772 on Discord. Alternatively, you may edit your submitted form.
7. You must have not committed any major account infringements in the past 12 months.
8. You must abide by osu!'s Terms of Service (TOS).
9. Disrespect/racism/discrimination towards other players/staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and will be punished accordingly with a warning or even disqualification from the competition, in necessary.
10. We (Hosts/Head Staff) reserve the right to veto any player/team sign-up at any time, at our discretion. Such cases will be properly justified and made public.

Qualifier rules and procedures

1. The top 64 team sign-ups at end of the sign-up period that fall under the pp limit, sorted from more to less combined pp, will be allowed to take part in the qualifiers. Additionally, a list containing the immediate next 10 teams will be created for the purpose of filling eventual vacancies resulting from disqualifications/forfeits.
2. The map pool will be played once, in the following order: NM1, NM2, NM3, HD1, HD2, HR1, HR2, DT1, DT2.
3. Failed scores do count.
4. Every team will be assigned a qualifier lobby based on their team timezone, as specified in their sign-up form. You may reschedule this at any time provided you didn't play in any other lobby(ies) yet.
5. A referee will create a lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and will start inviting the team captains 5 minutes after that. It is the team captain's responsibility to invite the other player.
6. Referees will wait 10 minutes at most after the scheduled time for any missing teams. If, after this time has elapsed, any teams/members are missing from the lobby, the referee will enforce a !mp start 10 with whoever is present. No further attempts at inviting players will be made after this. You may PM the referee for your lobby to ask for an invite at any time after this time period, but no maps will be replayed.
7. Teams get at most one replay per player in case of technical problems, as seen by the referee. Such replays are only allowed for the player that had the problem, and will be played after all other maps.

Brackets rules and procedures

1. Failed scores do count.
2. A referee will create a lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and will start inviting the team captains 5 minutes after that. It is the team captain's responsibility to invite the other player.
3. Teams have 10 minutes to field both players. If, after this period, either team is incomplete, it is up to the team with both players on the lobby to continue or not the match. If the match is to be continued, it will be played in a 2v1 format. No 1v1s of any nature will be allowed. In the event of both teams only having one player present, both teams will lose by default, resulting in a bye for the future match(es) that depend on it.
4. Warm-ups are allowed, but optional, with a maximum of one pick per team and a maximum drain time of 4 minutes.
5. After the warm-ups, each team will select a member to roll, who will then use the !roll command. The team with the higher roll will choose whether to pick first, ban second or ban first, pick second, alternating between the teams after each round.
6. Banned maps are effectively removed from the pool, and cannot be picked under any circumstances.
7. Players may ban from the same pool.
8. Players may not pick from the same pool twice in a roll.
9. For FreeMod picks, at least one player must use a mod. Allowed mods are HD, HR, FL and EZ. Both players may use any combination of such mods.
10. Teams have 3 minutes per pick or ban to decide, and another 2 minutes to ready up. Failure to pick/ban in the allotted time transfers the pick/ban right to the other team, with no change in the pick/ban order. This means that a team can pick/ban two times in a a row.
11. Teams get at most one replay per player in case of technical problems, as seen by the referee.
12. In the event of both teams being one point away from victory, that is, if both both teams are currently at match-point, the TieBreaker will be played instead.
13. The TieBreaker is a FreeMod map, but mods are optional.
14. In the event of a tie on any map, no points will be awarded for either team, and the immediate next available map in the order of the 'Pool sizes per Stage' drop-down will be played instead (if the tie occurred in the Round of 32's NM5, the next map to be played will be HD1). If the map the tie occurred on is the last map before the TieBreaker, reset the count to the first map of the pool instead. The pick order will not be affected by this.
15. ‏‏‎The referee's word is absolute. He may void any of the previous rules at his discretion.
