I'm trying this right now. I'll edit this when I finish it.
After Playing: All the notes at the beginning are off, the rapid ones, they're too fast. A lot of the other notes are off slightly too, I think you have the bpm wrong, I suck at getting it right, if I was better, I'd try to help you. At the end it gets pretty confusing, some it's hard to tell where the sliders will end, because it's 3 long sliders, then one incredibly short one. Aside from those things, it's a pretty good beatmap.

And the BMP feels fine to me.
And the sliders at the end are meant to be like that. It is an insane beatmap, after all. you just have to really focus.
Everything feels just fine to me. Ok, there are a FEW notes that sound a tad off, but I'd hardly say "everything".cecilthemos wrote:

BPM is definitely incorrect - 141 flat is perfect for me. Resnap notes on 1/4 beat divisor after you change the timing.
Also, I think you should reconsider the short repeating sliders at 1:37.45. I know the song very well and yet I couldn't tell when to start/stop holding the mouse button. And the note spam at the end.... well I guess it is called Insane for a reason

EDIT: OK checked the fixed version, seems good. The only thing that worries me is the very start, because the song takes a little while to get into beat, so the first four bars don't match up with the beatmap. Maybe it's best to delete the first four bars (i.e. the first 32 notes) of the map, seeing as it's basically identical to the next four bars? I get mass 100-age at the start otherwise
