the offset sounds wrong but i cant get it right can someone help pls

i started this map today but i think i got the offset or the bpm wrong the timing just sounds weird to me is it just me or have i dont something wrong

(That link has some timing people help mappers get the right offset and bpm)

I got a bpm of 190 at an offset of -1000 or 262 (whichever you prefer)

choose -1000 if you want your timing point before the first beat
choose 262 if you want your timing point on the first beat
