well i guess something wrong but, whatever i favorite to ask before.





My friend dosen't sending me any english message, and he dosen't talk english at all.
can someone tell or help me about that ?

It's a chat filter for whenever someone types ^. It prints a random English message like that.

(I think it's because it was spammed so much in the past?)
